Call For Sponsorship

We place our sponsors as the core of our common and uncommon objective. As is the nature of our venture, we aim to not only understand our partners but also grow with the maintaining the ethical and corporate values that are consistent in both organizations. Our sponsors are focal to our efforts in providing the youth of the nation a platform to assess their technical skills. Our sponsors are integrated into a plethora of marketable avenues ranging from our website to conference day merchandise such as brochures, banners, and presentations. We understand the needs of our partners and aim to fulfil them at their optimal. We allow the marketing initiatives of our sponsors to be showcased. Sponsors of NCETC'19 are given overwhelming publicity for their participation in the conference.

Packages and Classifications

Following packages are classifications are available for sponsors.

Gold Sponsor

• Provides a total of Rs. 100,000/= or more to NCETC'19 and will be considered the gold sponsor.
• Pre-event and on the day promotion
• Recognition as gold sponsor of NCETC'19

We offer:

• Logo web link in promotional material includes advertisement on the conference day brochure
• Logo on conference day backdrop
• Logo on signage in registration area
• Brand presence in registration area [banners, standee sand side skirt]
• Logo and link on website
• Invitations to Event
• Video/Power Point Presentation of organization’s strategic plan during the opening ceremony
• 30 second advertising during first breaks
• Spoken acknowledgement at the conference
• Media Coverage
• Freedom to include business products and promotional materials in delegate packages to be distributed during the sessions
• Notable business logo near entrance
• Brand logo on all pictures taken during the conference days
• Logo on passes
• Every post, status or video on any/every media site will include the brand name in the description
• Company’s name and logo will be included in all promotional videos of the event
• Stall will be provided (if required)

Silver Sponsor

• Provides a funding of Rs. 50,000/= or more to NCETC'19 and will be considered the silver sponsor.
• Pre-event and on the day promotion
• Recognition as silver sponsor of NCETC'19

We offer:

• Logo web link in promotional material includes advertisement on the conference day brochure
• Logo on conference day backdrops
• Logo on signage in registration area
• Brand presence in registration area [banners, standee sand side skirt]

Bronze Sponsor

• Provides a total of Rs. 30,000/= or more to NCETC'19 and will be considered the bronze sponsor.
• Pre-event and on the day promotion
• Recognition as bronze sponsor of NCETC'19

Minor Sponsor

• Provides a total of 15,000 (RUPEES PKR) or more to NCETC'19 and will be considered the sponsor.
• Pre-event and on the day promotion
• Recognition as sponsor of NCETC'19

• Brand presence in registration area [banners, standee sand side skirt]
• Logo and link on website
• Invitations to the event
• Stall (if required)

Media Partner

• Provides complete media coverage for NCETC'19 and will be considered the media partner in the respective medium (print media, televised broad casting, radio)

• Recognition of the silver sponsor at NCETC'19
