Conference Registration

The conference registration fee is Rs. 2,000/= The bank details for paying the registration fee are as follows.

Registered conference participants are entitled to:

• Conference Materials (Proceedings, etc.)
• Entrance to Keynote Speeches
• Participation in all sessions (including poster session)
• Conference reception and refreshment breaks between sessions
• Lunch and conference tour

One regular registration can cover a paper with maximum length of six pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference.
The accommodation reservation is not included in registration fee, and we strongly advise all participants should arrange it ahead of time.
The post conference tour is optional for all participants (on payment basis).

For Authors or Presenters:

1. Authors whose papers are accepted should follow all the steps listed in the notification form
2. Send all the required files to us at ncetc@quest.edu.pk before the registration deadline.
3. Your registration will be confirmed if all the files are in order.

For Listeners:
